ABSTRACT

The purpose of the present study is to investigate the connection between sustainable development and water contamination. One of the major environmental issues that endanger human health, economic growth, and ecological sustainability is water pollution.
The goal of sustainable development is to satisfy current demands while endangering the capacity of future generations to satisfy their own. A thorough analysis of pertinent research on water pollution and sustainable development, including empirical studies, theoretical frameworks, and policy papers, is part of the study process. The study will investigate how water pollution affects sustainable development, what causes it, and what legal and policy frameworks support sustainable water management. The results of this study will deepen our understanding of the intricate connection between water pollution and sustainable development and offer practical advice on how to implement strategies and laws that support sustainable water management. The study will also emphasize the value of educating and raising public knowledge of sustainable practices and behaviors that may be used to avoid and lessen water pollution. This study will offer insightful information on how to implement sustainable water management techniques that support socioeconomic growth and ecological sustainability.
