Greeting to Authors:
KROS Publication offers its services to publish Quality books in
selected areas for the Authors who wish to publish their books in
Open Access Model. The Books published by KROS Publication will
carry an ISBN number allotted by Raja Rammohun Roy National Agency
for ISBN, Dept. Of Higher Education, Ministry of HRD, Govt. of
India. The Published book will be also submitted to various Indexing
agencies including Open AIRE, Google Scholar, Academia, ResearchGate,
and World book library.
Initially, this free publication of books is open to KROS University
stakeholders and will be extended to others internationally.
Procedure for Publication:
Initially, Author should register for Book publication in KROS
Publication using the website link; www.ijacskros.com
Registration details should contain Authors Full Name, Email_id,
Mobile Number, City, and State and Book Category (Academic Books,
Project Reports, Edited Books, and Conference Proceedings).
After the Registration, a confirmation email is sent to Author.
After the registration user has to fill Publishing Input Form (PIF).

PIF document includes Author/Authors Full name, Email_id, Mobile
Number, Address, Book Title, Book-Sub Title (Tag Line), Book
Category, Authors photo, Manuscript (Ms word file), Book Description
Text, and Author/s Description Text.
The manuscript will be checked through a plagiarism checker.
After receiving PIF form, its peer reviewed and acceptance letter
for publication is sent to Author email-id.
Instruction to Authors:
Your Book should not have been previously published or be currently
under consideration for publication in any place else. Submit your
paper electronically through the KROS Publication online system. All
books are subject to peer review. After your Book has been accepted,
you must sign a copyright transfer agreement with KROS Publication.
Books accepted for publication will be available free online.
The publishing Book is usually minimum 150 pages long and the review
process may take approximately 10-20 days. In special cases, shorter
or longer Books may be accepted with appropriate reasoning. Authors
are requested to follow guidelines for preparing their manuscripts.
Authors are requested to strictly follow the submission guidelines.
1. The manuscript must be written in the English Language.
2. The file must be in Microsoft Word format with 1 line spacing in
A4 size Page.
3. The font of the manuscript must be Times New Roman with 12 point
size.
4. The first page must be a Front page/ Cover page. List the author/s
name their organizational affiliation, and Image/Picture
(Optional/if required).
5. The submission must not be published elsewhere or submitted for
publication.
6. Figures must be in high resolution & clear with a descriptive
heading.
7. If the manuscript is accepted for publication, authors should
provide the copyright for publication.
8. When typing, distinguish between the digit 1 and the letter l
(also 0 and O). Use tabs for indents, not spaces. Display titles and
headings in a consistent manner.

Plagiarism and Ethics Policy:
The book should be Plagiarism free. In an exceptional case in
academics books, it can contain 10%-20%, which includes some
quotations or definitions.
The author should fill Copyright transfer form before publication.
Ethics topics to consider when publishing:
Authorship of the paper: Authors should be limited to those who
have made a significant contribution to the conception, design,
execution or interpretation of the reported study.
Originality and plagiarism: The authors should ensure that they
have written entirely original works and if the authors have used
the work and/or words of others that this has been appropriately
cited or quoted.
Data access and retention: Authors may be asked to provide the raw
data in connection with a paper for editorial review and should be
prepared to provide public access to such data.
Multiple, redundant or concurrent publication: An author should
not, in general, publish manuscripts describing essentially the same
research in more than one journal or primary publication.
Acknowledgment of sources: proper acknowledgment.
Disclosure and conflicts of interest: All submissions must include
disclosure of all relationships that could be viewed as presenting a
potential conflict of interest.
Fundamental errors in published works: When an author discovers a
significant error or inaccuracy in his/her own published work, it is
the authors obligation to promptly notify the journal editor or
publisher and cooperate with the editor to retract or correct the
paper.
Reporting standards: Authors of reports of original research
should present an accurate account of the work performed as well as
an objective discussion of its significance.
Hazards and human or animal subjects: Statements of compliance are
required if the work involves chemicals, procedures or equipment
that has any unusual hazards inherent in their use or if it involves
the use of animal or human subjects.
Use of patient images or case details: Studies on patients or
volunteers require ethics committee approval and informed consent,
which should be documented in the Book.
